SE-KURE CONTROLS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@se-kure.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@se-kure.com and send your item to: 3714 Runge Street, Franklin Park IL 60131.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and minus the shipping costs for the return. Please call 1-800-322-2435 for a Return Authorization Number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

LATE OR MISSIING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@se-kure.com.
SHIPPING POLICY
Your items will be shipped using UPS Ground. The UPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.
CHECKING STATUS OF MY ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@se-kure.com or 1-800-322-2435 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please note that weather and postal service problems are out of our control.
Sorry custom orders are not returnable.
