1. Products and Services
Se-Kure Controls offers security and anti-theft display products, along with related services, including custom and business-to-business (B2B) orders. Product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Site are provided for general reference. Se-Kure makes reasonable efforts to display accurate information but does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is error-free, complete, or current.
For custom or B2B orders, additional terms (such as lead times, minimum order quantities, or project-specific specifications) may be confirmed separately in writing (including by email) and will supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific written agreement for that order will govern.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other payment terms have been agreed to in writing (such as for approved B2B accounts). You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped using UPS Ground. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Please refer to the Refund and Returns Policy for full shipping details, order tracking, and delayed/missing order procedures.
4.1 Important Freight Notice
All ground and LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight quotations are provided as estimates only and are subject to change without notice. Freight estimates are based on the information available at the time the quotation is prepared and are valid for five (5) calendar days, unless otherwise stated in writing.

The customer is solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including any special delivery requirements, at the time the purchase order is submitted.
Failure to disclose any applicable delivery conditions before shipment may result in additional freight charges. Any accessorial fees or additional charges assessed by the carrier after shipment will be the responsibility of the customer and will be invoiced separately.
Se-Kure Controls reserves the right to invoice the customer for any difference between the estimated freight charge and the actual freight cost incurred.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Custom Orders
All returns and refunds are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of a manufacturing defect or shipping error on Se-Kure’s part.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and images — is the property of Se-Kure Controls or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without Se-Kure’s prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Se-Kure Controls will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Se-Kure’s total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site or purchase of a product or service will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Se-Kure Controls, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

Se-Kure Controls may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
